💳 Cancellation & payment

Free cancellation — holidays: cancel at no charge up to 14 days before a holiday booking starts.
Free cancellation — other dates: cancel at no charge up to 7 days before the stay starts.
Late cancellations: once inside those windows, 50% is refunded.
Holiday bookings: a 50% prepayment is required to confirm the dates.
